THRIVING AFTER SUICIDE ATTEMPT

Contact

Kay has dedicated her life to assisting and supporting others who suffer, and ending the stigma and discrimination that accompanies mental illness.

Before Kay decided to write her memoir, she shared her healing journey with audiences. With poise and wisdom, she speaks about the challenges of living with mental illness and suicidal ideation that eventually led to an attempt to end her life.

Her first hand experience as a  suicide attempt survivor provides a unique perspective that is inspiring and healing to those struggling with mental health and their loved ones.

Kay is a Certified Peer Support Specialist in the State of Utah and is certified in Suicide Intervention, QPR, Mental Health First Aid, and LEAP.

Kay and her husband, Lex, speak openly about her mental illness and suicide attempt to groups, churches, individuals, and organizations. To book Kay to speak, fill out the form below, and a member of her team be in contact.
